This is a photo taken before the Shiro-Ki foot pads was placed on the sole of the foot.

Simple as ABC
First wash and dry feet thoroughly.
remove the Shiro-Ki Foot pad from package.

Secondly remove adhesive plaster from pack
Place the pad onto the adhesive plaster as shown. |

Place onto Sole of Foot
Simply place the Shir-Ki Foot pad on to the sole of the foot matching the corresponding eliminatory organ as shown on the Reflexology chart.

Next Day
It's important to leave the Shiro-Ki foot pads on as long as possbile.
We recommend overnight as it is both convenient and also the body releases a lot of toxins via the feet during sleep.
